Like many others, I began experiencing trauma at a very young age — growing up with an alcoholic mother, unstable stepfathers, and friends who often took advantage of my kindness. My world was chaotic, and I learned early on how to survive rather than truly live.

During my freshman year of high school, my mother passed away from alcohol poisoning — and with her went what little structure I had. I fell into a life of chasing fleeting moments of happiness through drinking, drugs, and gambling, not realizing how far I’d drifted from who I truly was. On the surface, I managed to get by — keeping jobs, maintaining relationships, and wearing the mask of “functioning.” But inside, I was lost, unable to even look myself in the mirror.

Today, my life is completely different. I am beyond grateful — not only to have survived, but to have found purpose in sharing my journey and guiding others through their own transformations.

 My passion is walking alongside you as you discover that no matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, you hold the power to create a new identity, reclaim your peace, and rediscover what true joy feels like.
